Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a reliable Vending Assistant to support our vending operation at Seymour Link Road, Chesterfield. This role involves keeping service points stocked, ensuring presentation and accuracy, and assisting with cash handling.

The position offers 35 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days, with a starting pay of £15.50 per hour. You will work with managers and teams to maintain high standards, participate in training, and benefit from development opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in service support is helpful.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with cash handling and record keeping.
• Commitment to food safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing vending machines and service points
• Monitoring stock levels and presentation
• Handling cash and keeping accurate records
• Storing food and products correctly and safely
• Completing due diligence and storage checks
• Ensuring products are labelled correctly and in date
• Working with managers and other teams to support smooth service
• Attending training where required
