Job summary

Drive Motor Retail Limited is seeking Vehicle Technicians of all levels to join our Weston-super-Mare workshops. Roles span Preparation, Service, MOT, Diagnostics and Master Technician duties, with opportunities across multiple disciplines.

We offer an uncapped bonus potential, a £500 joining bonus, a 42.5 hour week, overtime at 1.5x on Saturdays, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, and career progression within a growing private automotive group.

Qualifications

• All levels of automotive technicians welcome across multiple disciplines.
• Experience across preparation, service, MOT, diagnostics or master technician roles preferred.
• Salary is dependant on experience with uncapped bonus potential and OTE up to £50,000.

Responsibilities

• Join expanding aftersales teams in Weston-super-Mare.
• Perform tasks across preparation, service, MOT, diagnostic work or master technician duties as applicable.
• Contribute to a high standard of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Benefit from uncapped bonus potential and a £500 joining bonus.

Salary: Dependant on experience
OTE: Up to £50,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Saturday: OT available at 1.5X
