Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in automotive.
• Proven experience with mechanical repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension).
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repairs to industry standards with safety and quality.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify faults.
• Fit and align tyres; interpret readings and adjustments.
• Replace brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components.
• Carry out MOT repairs per regulations.
• Inspect and diagnose vehicles thoroughly.
• Advise customers on maintenance and future repairs.
• Maintain health and safety compliance at all times.
