Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician Trainer (Off the Tools) in Luton. You will move from hands-on work to training the next generation of technicians, delivering maintenance modules and influencing curriculum with up-to-date tech.

The role offers full training, funded qualifications, and a clear progression path, with hybrid benefits and a competitive package. Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30, comprehensive support provided.

Qualifications

Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
Willing to move from hands-on work to instructional delivery.
Ability to deliver training to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

Deliver Technical Vehicle Maintenance Training in person and online.
Develop course content and incorporate new technologies.
Contribute to trainee assessments and curriculum enhancements.
Complete funded qualification courses and provide full training.
