Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Entry Level Trainer (Vehicles) in Luton to deliver technical vehicle maintenance training and help refine curriculum, both online and in the workshop, with full training provided.

The role offers a salary of 41,000 - 48,000 including car allowance, pay progression and training qualifications, with a hybrid working model and extensive company benefits. Typical hours are 8:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification.
• Interested in transitioning to teaching/off-the-tools role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical vehicle maintenance training both virtually and in person.
• Develop and update course content with new technologies.
• Assess trainees and contribute to course enhancements.
• Receive full teaching training and funded qualifications.
• Work Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30.
