Qualifications

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician or partial qualification with relevant experience.
• Experience in a busy workshop environment.
• Ability to undertake a full range of mechanical, engine, and electrical repairs.
• MOT testing certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own tools suitable for vehicle repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Kirkcaldy.

Responsibilities

• Completing routine vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Performing MOT testing in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficiently and accurately.
• Assisting and guiding junior team members when required.
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards at all times.
• Ensuring all work is documented accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
