Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic for a network of independent garages in the Dartford/Welling area. You will service, maintain, and repair vehicles in a clean, modern workshop, with 2+ years’ garage experience welcomed and NVQ Level 3 or MOT cards advantageous.

Salary ranges £38,000–£45,000 base, 8:30–17:30, weekdays only. Benefits include 30 days holiday (22 + 8 bank holidays), a company pension, and a choice of working location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years garage experience performing servicing and basic mechanical repairs.
• Qualifications welcome but NOT essential — attitude and solid mechanical skills matter most.
• NVQ Level 3 or MOT Smart Cards will command top-tier pay.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs in a clean, state-of-the-art workshop.
• Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs to vehicles as required.
• Maintain workshop standards and contribute to high technical quality.
