Job summary

Halfords Garage Services in Milton Keynes is recruiting a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our Fusion Centre, upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in first‑class customer experience and vehicle safety.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester you will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform a wide range of maintenance and repairs, from diagnostics to routine services, with a base salary of £40,000 and on-target earnings up to £45,300, plus an uncapped monthly

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Full drivers licence with less than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and keep vehicles safe on the road.
