Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team in the UK. If you're an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and keeping vehicles safe, we want to hear from you.

You’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform a wide range of maintenance and repair work, from advanced diagnostics to routine services, ensuring every job is done to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
