Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with Level 2 or 3 NVQ/IMI or equivalent.
• MOT Tester certificate preferred but training provided if required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out MOT testing (certificate preferred but training can be provided).
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and prepare vehicles for sale.
• Ensure work adheres to industry standards, safety, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with customers.
• Assist in developing the team with shared technical knowledge.
