Job summary

Halfords in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our Autocentres team. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform maintenance and repairs to keep vehicles safe on the road.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards.
• Perform a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Complete routine services and diagnostics to high quality standards.

Skills and experience

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
