Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester at our Telford Autocentre. You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and carry out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work, from diagnostics to routine services.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• From diagnostics and repairs to routine services, ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
• Support customers and contribute to safe, reliable vehicles on the road.

• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £5,300 per year.

Skills and experience

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
