Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Preston, Lancashire, is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and carry out a wide range of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform maintenance and repair work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including routine services and advanced diagnostics.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and customer safety is maintained.
