Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester needed in Southport (No Weekends!)

• Basic salary c. £35,000.
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:15am - 5:15pm).
• Our client is seeking applications from passionate and experienced Vehicle Technicians, ideally with experience in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
• Access to industry leading training from the offset and throughout.
• Opportunity to work for a regionally renowned, family-run franchise dealership that has traded successfully for over 50 years.

Our client, a highly regarded automotive retailer, is seeking a Technician to join their team in their busy Southport branch.

What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?

• Repair and service vehicles.
• Complete diagnostic checks.
• Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
• Complete work to DVSA standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.

The successful Vehicle Technician will have

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 desirable.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
• Own Set of Tools.
• MOT License preferred although not essential (The business will pay for you to upskill and achieve this).
• Full UK Driving License.

The successful Vehicle Technician will get

• Basic salary of c. £35,000.
