Job summary

Stellantis & You Citroen Romford is seeking a skilled Service Technician to service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to the highest standards using the latest manufacturer technology and diagnostic equipment.

The role includes a competitive salary, an enhanced bonus scheme with hourly-based bonuses and time-saving bonuses, overtime opportunities, and benefits such as a car scheme, pension contributions, training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Technicians L3 IMI Vehicle Technicians.
• Previous dealership or workshop experience beneficial.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles.
• Carrying out mechanical repairs and fault finding.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work required.
• Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
• Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively.
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and workshop colleagues.
• Delivering excellent quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

100%+ Efficiency = Service and MOT technician minimum level bonus criteria additional £1.0 per hour on all hours sold over the 100% rising in increments to £2.0

In addition to the hourly supplement, you'll receive a Time Saved Bonus on hours sold above your relevant efficiency criteria, paid at your normal hourly rate.

Our technicians can earn hundreds of pounds extra every month through the scheme.

Overtime available depending on site and time of year paid at time and a half as a minimum.

The Role

At Stellantis & You, our Service Technicians play a vital role in keeping our customers safely on the road. Working as part of a skilled workshop team, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards, using the latest manufacturer technology and diagnostic equipment.
