Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in Liverpool to join our Autocentres team. You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair work, delivering high-quality service to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy.

You will join the UK’s largest automotive service provider, with hybrid training, development opportunities, and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Handle routine servicing and diagnostics to high standards.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
