Job summary

Here at Halfords, we’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team in the UK. You’ll perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work, from diagnostics to routine services, ensuring every job is done to the highest standard.

We offer extensive benefits, an uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average earnings of £6,200 per year, and on-target earnings up to £42,970.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs as well as routine servicing to high standards.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.

Skills and experience

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Must
• have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
