Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester

Location: Thurleigh

Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00

Pay Rate: GBP16.31 p/h PAYE, GBP18.91 p/h Umbrella

Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician with a Class 4 MOT Licence to join our client's team in Thurleigh. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and MOTs of manufacturer vehicles.

Objectives for Role:

1. Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs.
2. Understand and follow customer repair standards.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
4. Conduct MOT tests, perform repairs, and service various vehicles.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Qualified to City and Guilds, NVQ, or IMI Level 3.
2. Class 4 MOT Licence.
3. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
4. Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
