Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester for our client in Bracknell. You will service and maintain vehicles, perform diagnostics, and carry out MOT testing (class 4/7 if qualified).

The role offers a competitive basic salary (£38,000–£44,000) with achievable OTE up to £50,000, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, 28 days leave and a supportive team in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• MOT licence preferred but not essential.
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for working on a variety of vehicle brands and models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing and maintenance tasks (brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts/chains).
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Carry out MOT testing for classes 4 and 7 (if MOT qualified).
• Maintain high workmanship and customer service standards.
• Keep accurate records of work completed.
• Support personal and professional development.
