Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy Burton workshop within a well-established main dealer group. The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £36,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £42,000 and a generous bonus structure.

You will service, diagnose and repair a range of vehicles, carry out inspections and MOT tests where qualified, and maintain high workmanship in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 will be considered
• At least three years' relevant experience
• Previous main dealer experience is preferred
• An MOT licence would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair vehicles across a range of makes
• Complete vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Carry out MOT tests where qualified
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to high standards
• Ensure work is completed safely within agreed timescales
• Maintain excellent workmanship and workshop efficiency
• Contribute to a professional, customer-focused workshop environment
