Job summary

KAUTEC RECRUITMENT Ltd is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician in the Preston area for a Monday to Friday workshop role. The position offers 40 hours per week with a salary up to £43,000 p.a.

You will work in a modern workshop, servicing and repairing multiple brands to ensure road worthiness. You will use manufacturer approved diagnostic equipment, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults, and prepare vehicles for MOT.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving license, preferably clean.
• Ability to work within a team efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Use manufacturer approved diagnostic equipment.
• Repair, maintain and service a wide range of vehicles.
• Ensure all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults are repaired.
• MOT prep work.
• Complete all works and warranty works to brand and manufacturer approved standard.
