Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Ashford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop team, carrying out routine servicing, repairs and MOT preparation across all major makes.

You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent), a full UK driving licence and your own tools; Monday–Friday, no weekends, with training and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Proven track record in mechanical servicing, repairs, and general diagnostics.
• Positive team attitude, reliability and pride in high-quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and maintain across major makes and models.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 basic per annum (Tailored to skill level and experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)
