Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Dartford is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a friendly, independent garage. You will work on a range of cars and light commercial vehicles, performing servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT preparation in a supportive team.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for career progression in a relaxed, busy workshop environment with free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Mechanical repairs.
• Diagnostics and fault finding.
• Brake, suspension and exhaust repairs.
• MOT preparation and general workshop duties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Education

NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Full UK driving licence

The Role

You'll be working on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles, carrying out:

• Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Mechanical repairs.
• Diagnostics and fault finding.

• MOT preparation and general workshop duties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

No two days are the same, giving you plenty of variety in the workshop.

What We're Looking For
