Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join a busy Land Rover dealership in Colchester. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards in a modern workshop with access to manufacturer training.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have strong fault-finding skills, a full UK driving licence, and will benefit from an uncapped bonus scheme, ongoing training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic/Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic.
• MOT, Diagnostic or EV qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out diagnostics, health checks and repairs; complete vehicle health checks and pre-delivery inspections.
• Complete workshop documentation; road test vehicles.
• Collaborate with workshop team to deliver high-quality customer satisfaction.
