Reactive Permanent Recruitment is recruiting Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join a reputable Gloucester-based dealership group. The role offers a competitive salary, a £6,000 annual bonus, and overtime at 1.5x, with full manufacturer training and development.

Candidates should have a full UK driving licence, City & Guilds/NVQ in motor vehicle maintenance, and at least basic dealership experience; strong attention to detail and customer focus are important.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate fault finding and service work.
• Strong customer focus to explain repairs and provide excellent service.
• Good diagnostic skills to identify faults quickly and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
