Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Vehicle Technician for our Ford dealership in Romford. This full-time role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with 1 Saturday in 3 paid as overtime. Basic salary is £28,825 with an OTE of £42,500, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Our average Technician earnings last year were £42,500, with top performers earning £58,000. You will provide technical and diagnostic services, maintain up-to-date manufacturer knowledge, uphold quality standards and ensure

Competenze

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 minimum qualification.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Experience in a franchised dealership preferred but not essential.
