Job summary

Swansway Motor Group is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team and deliver high‑quality servicing and repairs, ensuring vehicles are safe and road‑worthy.

The ideal candidate has a Level 3 qualification in vehicle service and repair, plus at least 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally in a franchised setting. A valid licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service works and pre‑delivery inspections per manufacturer guidelines.
• Work with Workshop Controller to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Notify Service Advisors of additional repairs and communicate status to customers.
• Use diagnostic equipment to verify service quality and conduct road tests.
• Complete service documentation and job cards in line with dealership and warranty requirements.
