Qualifications

• L3 qualification in vehicle service and repair.
• 3+ years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably franchised dealer.
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service works in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and diagnose faults.
• Collaborate with Workshop Controller on tasks.
• Notify customers of additional required repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and conduct road tests.
• Complete service documentation and warranty paperwork.
