Job summary

Thurlow Nunn in Holt is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to diagnose, repair and service a range of vehicles in a busy workshop. You will work to manufacturer and retailer guidelines, ensuring fix-right-first-time results and high customer satisfaction.

Ideally NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), MOT Tester Licence, and a full driving licence are required. You will join a family-owned business with strong values and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in light vehicle maintenance and repair.
• MOT Tester Licence.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service a range of vehicles to manufacturer/retailer guidelines.
• Identify defects and report for customer authorisation.
• Deliver best customer experience with fix-right-first-time approach.
