Job summary

Listers Group in Hereford seeks a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standards. You’ll work Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rotating pattern, enjoying industry-leading salaries and a proactive training plan.

The role covers EV/Hybrid diagnostics and requires a valid UK driving licence; NVQ3 or equivalent is essential, and training will be provided for advanced systems. A strong team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, air conditioning servicing.
• EV/Hybrid repairs focusing on batteries and drive systems; use of diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment; complete service paperwork to brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and improve skills.
