Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City and Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience as Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician with warranty/servicing exposure.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow processes to a high standard.
• MOT Licence is advantageous; manufacturer accreditation training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty, and repair work.
• Complete maintenance tasks such as oil services, cambelt changes, using digital write-ups and job cards.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with manufacturer standards.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality while following workshop processes.
• Support efficient workshop performance within a collaborative aftersales team.
