Listers Toyota Grantham is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team. The role covers servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems and a pathway to Toyota Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis 8:30am–12:30pm. OTEs up to £48,000 plus benefits, with extensive training and development available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance/Repair is required or in progress.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but not essential, training will be provided.
• MOT license would be beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK Driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Servicing, repairing and diagnosing vehicles to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles focusing on batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
• Ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer/brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and improve skills.
