Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for a busy service centre in Loughton, Essex. The role focuses on delivering high standards of servicing and repairs while ensuring total customer satisfaction at every stage.

The successful candidate will join a reputable dealership with a Monday–Friday pattern and paid overtime on rota days (including Saturdays). NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in automotive qualifications.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high standards.
• Identify faults and communicate findings effectively to customers.
• Maintain accurate work records and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Adhere to workshop health and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with additional workshop tasks to support team operations.
