Silcom Recruitment is seeking a proficient Vehicle Technician to join a family‑run business in Newton Abbot. The role covers servicing, diagnostics and repairs with a customer‑centric mindset and the ability to work well in a small team.

A valid UK driving license is essential; MOT experience is helpful but training is provided. The package includes £29,000‑£33,000 basic salary with OTE up to £45,000 uncapped, plus overtime paid at 1.5x and 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
