Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is seeking an Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our expanding team. The role involves diagnostics and servicing, including complex repairs such as timing belts, heads, and electrical work on vehicles.

You will operate at our Fusion centre locations, contributing to a first-class customer experience and a dynamic working environment. Excellent earning potential is complemented by a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent or time served experience.
• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experienced Technician/Mechanic able to carry out diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engine) and more complex repair and replacements (coolant/diesel injectors, head gasket, brakes, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostic work and servicing/repair/replacement tasks.
• Work on vehicles including brakes, steering/suspension, engines and electrical systems.
