Allen Motor Group is recruiting a Vehicle Technician for our Ford dealership in Warwick. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a basic salary of £27,986 and an OTE of £42,500. We offer a guaranteed earnings scheme and a strong progression path.

Qualifications

• Must possess City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience inspecting, repairing and servicing motor vehicles is essential.
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic services to ensure customer satisfaction and targets are met.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and comply with manufacturer training.
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.
