Williams Motor Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose modern vehicles in a well‑equipped workshop. You’ll work as part of a supportive team focused on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction, with clear opportunities for career progression.

The role offers a structured development path, manufacturer training and a competitive package including on‑target earnings and a defined pay structure.

Competenze

• Full, valid UK driving licence is required.
• City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI Level 3 qualification is required (Level 2 considered).
• Excellent communication and a team‑oriented approach expected.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship and patient care in a busy workshop.

Mansioni

• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostics tools.
• Repair or replace faulty components safely and efficiently.
• Road test vehicles to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Follow manufacturer checklists and workshop procedures.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and standards.
• Keep accurate job records and follow processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit quality and efficiency targets.
