Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a reputable dealership in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The role offers a competitive salary, a flexible 4-day week, and opportunities for career progression within a busy dealership environment.

You will perform complex diagnostics, repair and maintenance on a range of passenger and commercial vehicles, using OEM and multi-brand diagnostic tools, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Proven diagnostic experience in the motor trade.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2/3 in Motor Repair or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic repairs and fault finding on a range of passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Identify electrical faults using OEM and multi-brand diagnostic tools.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and work completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to customers, ensuring high levels of customer service.
