Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a busy service centre in Weston-super-Mare. You will perform mechanical servicing and repairs on cars and light vans, ensuring work complies with procedures and safety regulations.

The role offers a salary between £33,000 and £36,000 per year, plus a performance bonus, 42.5-hour week, enhanced leave, pension, life insurance and staff discounts. Training to IMI/NVQ Level 2 is supported.

Qualifications

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• Practical experience in an automotive workshop preferred
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical servicing and repairs on cars and light vans
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs, following manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
