Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a permanent role in Grimsby. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles, including cambelt and clutch replacements, with a flexible 4-day week option.

The role offers up to £51,400 including OTE, a 3-month guaranteed joining bonus, 33 days holiday, manufacturer training (EV, MOT, F-Gas) and career progression plus pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Confident using workshop diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete cambelt and clutch replacements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and safety inspections.
• Identify additional repair and maintenance requirements.
• Use workshop diagnostic equipment and technical systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently to required quality and productivity standards.

Hours: Flexible working pattern from 40 hours per week/ 4-Day Working Week Available.

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Confident using workshop diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work efficiently to high quality standards
• Full UK Driving Licence
