Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited in Swindon is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an award-winning, family-run dealership. In a modern, well-equipped workshop you will service, diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest standard.

You will work closely with the Workshop Controller and Service team to ensure an efficient workflow, maintain accurate job records and deliver the highest levels of quality

Qualifications

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and identify any additional repair requirements.
• Work closely with the Workshop Controller and Service team to ensure an efficient workflow.

Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you'll carry out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest possible standard.

The Package:

• Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm - 1 in 2 Saturday's 08:30am - 13:30pm.
