Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting a Vehicle Technician for Swindon who will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will join a busy dealership with ambitious training and clear career progression.

The role offers a £34,000 basic salary with an OTE up to £50,000, plus a supportive team, modern facilities and ongoing manufacturer training to help you grow in your technician career.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Maintaining accurate workshop records and following dealership procedures.
• Working closely with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service.
