Lithia UK in Sutton Coldfield is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our Porsche Sutton Coldfield team. You will perform maintenance and repairs to high‑quality customer vehicles, using your Level 3 qualification and workshop systems to meet our exacting standards.

We offer a joining bonus of £2,000, plus 33 days holiday, a pension, life assurance, and ongoing manufacturer training to accelerate your career in a franchised dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.

To welcome you as a Porsche Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*

• Basic Salary from £29,905 up to £41,978 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,335 up to £46,208, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
