Job summary

Lithia UK is recruiting a Vehicle Technician for Stratstone/JLR Reading. A £2,500 joining bonus is offered, with uncapped earning potential and a competitive salary structure.

Typical pay ranges are £40,000–£45,000 for Vehicle Technicians, with higher levels (£50,000–£55,000) for Diagnostic & Master Technicians. 33 days holiday and exclusive staff discounts accompany the role.

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles.
• Experience of working to high quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer.

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
