Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a main dealer in Stoke-on-Trent. The role covers servicing, maintenance and fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and at least 1 year in a main dealership. MOT testing is a bonus and not essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ, IMI, ATA or City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year in a main dealership environment.
• MOT licence beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair; may include warranty work.
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties if qualified.

Vehicle Technician - Stoke on Trent

We have a new job vacancy available for a Vehicle Technician in Stoke on Trent. My client is one of the UK's leading main dealer groups in the area and they're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician wanting to join a great team!

Salary – Up to £42,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Overtime (DOE). Extra £1.5k on salary for MOT license holders.

Days – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Vehicle Technician Role
