Job summary

Just Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic for a busy main dealership in Telford. You should hold a Level 3 qualification and be capable of diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicles to high standards.

Salary is around £45,000 per year with bonuses, and there is additional training toward Master Technician status along with clear progression routes within the business; an MOT license is preferred but not essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle repair or equivalent.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles to high standards.
• MOT license desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Refer to schematics to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and provide good service.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repairs.

Technician Vacancy - Telford - £45,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to work within their busy main dealership.

You must hold a level 3 qualification, applicants from both Main Dealer and Independent Workshops are welcomed, an MOT license is preferred but not essential for this position.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but expect circa £45,000 OTE plus a host of additional incentives

Manufacturer backed ongoing training through to Master Technician and development is offered with this role particularly on hybrid technology as to is the opportunity for progression within the business.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Refer to schematics when necessary to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to handle vehicle components.
• Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repair tasks.
