Job summary

Perfect Placement is representing an established independent dealership in Sheffield seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to work on prestige and high-end vehicles. The role offers a competitive basic salary and an attractive OTE, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm pattern and a 40-hour week.

You will perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles, ensuring work meets manufacturer guidelines and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Prestige/high-end dealership experience is advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Level 3 IMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Motivated, reliable and customer‑service oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performing full vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Independently working on a variety of prestige and high-end vehicles.
• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer guidelines and high-quality standards.
• Accurately diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions.
• Maintaining detailed records of all work completed and vehicle service history.
• Assisting in training and mentoring junior team members as the team expands.
• Complying with all health and safety policies and workshop procedures.
