Octane Recruitment is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Salisbury. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults with manufacturer equipment, and maintain high standards in a modern workshop.

The role offers a competitive salary, structured training including hybrid/electric vehicle knowledge, and excellent long-term progression within a reputable dealership group. Mon-Fri, no weekends, with benefits and pension support.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience working in a workshop environment.
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose vehicle faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, and clutch.
• Carry out cambelt replacements.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer and company standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
