Steven Eagell Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for Toyota Romford to perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to high standards. You will diagnose faults, ensure MOT and VSR compliance, and maintain productivity while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Qualified as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry.
• MOT Tester qualification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to Toyota GB standards.
• Inspect vehicles and diagnose faults using the latest technologies.
• Identify and report defects in line with MOT and VSR requirements.
• Complete work within allocated time while maintaining productivity.
• Take responsibility for tools and workshop equipment and report defects.
• Follow Toyota and Centre processes and work safely.
• Communicate with customers, building rapport and explaining work done.
• Support and coach apprentice technicians to develop skills.
• Attend specialist training to maintain technical expertise.
• Work with the Centre team to deliver outstanding service.
