Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Role Based in Petersfield

• Up to £40,500 Basic depending on experience + Overtime
• Family owned Independent Prestige Vehicle Garage
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (contracted hours)
• Optional Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM at overtime rate

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Technician / Motor Engineer to join their busy Service Team. As an experienced Car Technician, you will need to be skilled in diagnostics, electronics, servicing, and vehicle repairs.

You should be capable of working on the latest vehicle technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you live within or can commute to the Petersfield area and have previous experience as a Vehicle Technician. An MOT license is beneficial but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate should:

• Have the ability to work in a demanding environment
• Have good timekeeping skills and the ability to work to a schedule
• Show care for customers' vehicles and property, aiming for high customer satisfaction
• Be able to perform work safely, environmentally friendly, and cost-effectively
• Build knowledge and skills to diagnose faults, test vehicles, and carry out complete repairs
• Share skills and knowledge to develop others within the business
